Home sales have ranged from $600,000 to close to $1.2 million. The average sale prices have also risen as homeowners have completed unfinished basements and as demand for the neighborhood has increased.

Is there a homeowner’s association?

There is an active homeowner’s association that coordinates social events, annual meetings and looks over the overall interest of the neighborhood.
